RGB Coupler

					We provide compact optical components for smart glasses that realize a high-definition display with a wide viewing angle (field of view) and at the same time a smart, glasses-like form.
This is an optical circuit (RGB coupler) that bundles the three primary colors of RGB (Red/Green/Blue).
Our PLC (Planar Lightwave Circuit) technology is used in AWG (Arrayed Waveguide Grating) and splitters as one of the key technologies supporting optical communications. Optical communications mainly use wavelengths in the 1.3um to 1.5um band, but our PLCs for visible light provide compact and highly functional optical devices for non-telecom applications that use wavelengths in the 0.5um band.
